$22.50/Hour_only applicable @ 3 hour minimum (please note that for 1 & 2Hour Service different rates will apply)

Personal Support Workers
$24.50/Hour_only applicable @ 3 hour minimum (please note that for 1 & 2Hour Service different rates will apply)

Live in Care
$230.00/per 24 Hours

Registered Nurse
$54.00/Hour

The rates are quoted above for estimating purposes only. Each case is assessed on an individual basis.  The rates quoted here are valid as of January 1st, 2011.

We make sure that the process of receiving services from us is as hassle-free and convenient as possible, so we have included the following into our pricing:

• Initial Assessment and follow up either by phone or additional visit
• Instruction and evaluation on personal care procedures
• Thistlecreek's documentations
• Attendance at discharge planning meeting
• 7 day/24 hour on-call support
• Liaise with your physician and other healthcare professionals
• Aid navigating the health care system
• Referrals and arrangement for home medical equipment and supplies
• Referrals to health care professionals through our Oakville Healthcare Connection (OHC)
