WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Prices vary depending on the number of hours as well as the type of caregiver that is providing the service.
Each service, either by the hour or by the day has a specific rate.
For pricing information, please call us or send us an email with a description of your needs, the type of service you would like and how many hours per day or per week you would require the service. We will be happy to provide you with more information.

ARE CARE PLANS FLEXIBLE?
CAN THEY EASILY BE CHANGED?
Yes, care plans can be changed and adjusted regularly. At Thistlecreek we know the importance of team work. Our
Caregivers work in tandem with each client, their families and our experienced Management Team to regularly assess, update and adjust each Healthcare Plan, as deemed necessary.
CAN I CANCEL A SERVICE SAME DAY?
We require 24 hours notice prior to the start time of your appointment.
IS THE AGENCY AVAILABLE 24 HOURS?
Yes, we are available 24 hrs!
Regular Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
ON CALL: Evening, Nights, Weekends & Statutory Holidays
DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE ASSESSMENT BEFORE WE DECIDE ON A HOME CARE PROFESSIONAL?
Yes we do. Our Care Plan Manager will come to your home or place of residence to learn more about your specific needs and discuss the different types of services, our rates and recommend a care plan for you or your loved one.
CAN A SERVICE START WITHOUT AN ASSESSMENT?
No. A service cannot start without first having our Care Plan Manager assess the client. A signed client contract must also be submitted in order to start a service.
ARE THE STAFF FULLY BONDED AND INSURED?
Yes. Our insurance is through Canada Brokerlink (Ontario) Inc.
